The issue has been fixed and the affected systems are now operating normally. Our SRE team is continuing to monitor the affected systems.

We have identified the issue, and are working on a resolution.
Only Customers in North America using PingOne MFA and the PingFederate adapter were impacted by this issue. It was not in fact a general outage of SMS.

This issue is only impacting customers who are using customized SMS message templates. We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Monitoring systems have detected an issue with SMS services in North America. The Site Reliability Engineering team has been notified and is currently working the issue. We will update this message when the incident has been identified. Automated monitoring systems will update affected components and will resolve operational status as systems recover.
