No actions were taken by Ping. The interruption was specific to a particular geographic region and outside of our service perimeter.
Monitoring
The issues appear to have subsided or been worked around by retrying. Our team will be doing continued monitoring and looking into root cause.
Investigating
There have been reports from clients in India of intermittent issues with Ping Identity's PingID Service. The Site Reliability Engineering team has been notified and is currently working the issue. We will update this message when the incident has been identified. Automated monitoring systems will update affected components and will resolve operational status as systems recover.
