Components under the automated testing group are tied directly into our critical path synthetic testing. When one of our tests sees an issue with a component, feature, or workflow within our platform services these components will trigger automatically and update customers in real time, as our own SRE Team is engaged.
We are also exposing our endpoint service monitoring on the public status site. These monitoring tools will inform customers of any hard downtime events in real time by updating each component as our monitoring systems detect issues, and confirm restoration when service has been restored.
