Ping Identity will be performing a disaster recovery exercise for services served out of North America (.com). During this time, a regional outage will be simulated to ensure traffic is properly routed to our other active region in North America. Customers may notice a brief period of service interruption as the traffic is shifted and users may be prompted to re-authenticate.
At the conclusion of the exercise, traffic will be routed back to both regions as previously configured.
This scheduled maintenance affected: PingOne for Enterprise - Global (Administration API, AD Connect & Routing Service, Administration Portal, Logging and Subscription Service, OAuth Configuration Service, Single Sign-on), PingOne for Enterprise - United States (.com services) (Directory API, Directory Login, Office365 Service, PingOne Dock, SCIM Provisioning), and PingID - United States (.com services) (PingID Authenticator, PingID Server, PingID SDK Server).
