PingID Email OTP Not Working for NA (us-east) customers

Resolved

Many PingID users on the NA region did not receive OTP via Email. This issue was a result of an AWS incident on the us-east-1 region. The issue started at ~7:00am GMT and was resolved by AWS at ~10:30am GMT.
