Ping Identity's database tier will be undergoing major maintenance beginning on 7/26/2019. Our Site Reliability Team will be upgrading our database servers supporting our provisioning services. The schedule for each region is below:

* AU Data Center (7/26) - 16:00 UTC to 18:00 UTC
* EU Data Center (7/27) - 03:00 UTC to 05:00 UTC
* NA Data Center (7/27) - 03:00 UTC to 05:00 UTC

During this time, customers will be unable to provision new users and groups. Authentication flows will not be impacted during this time. These system updates and upgrades are designed to improve overall system reliability.
