In order to ensure minimal customer impact, this maintenance is being rescheduled for off business hours. A new notification will be sent tomorrow with the revised maintenance schedule.

Ping Identity's PingID database tier in our North American data center will be undergoing maintenance to remediate issues discovered during previous PingID service interruptions. This is a follow up to the 01/16/18 maintenance. During this time, our Site Reliability Engineering team will be upgrading the PingID database cluster software.
Systems that will be affected during this time:
* PingID services (.com)
All efforts will be made to keep this maintenance transparent to customers. Authentication requests may be delayed slightly or need to be retried during this time. These system updates and upgrades are designed to improve overall system reliability.
