At 17:00 UTC on August 24, our US West region experienced a degradation of frontend services which impacted our ability to process authentication requests. Our alerting triggered at this time and a failover of service away from US West was initiated once the impacted flow was triaged. Moving traffic away from US West resolved the issues which were impacting customers by 17:33 UTC. Further details will be released on request via Ping Identity Support.
