Beginning at roughly 20:07 UTC, DNS lookups for the pingid.com.au domain resulted in "Host not found" results. Service was restored with a configuration change on our primary DNS provider.
Customers may have been unable to resolve, and therefore connect to, services for PingID SDK as well as PingID IdP Voice, SMS, and Email services. Push notifications to iPhone and Android phones were not affected during this time.
In some cases, there was no impact. In other cases, service was interrupted.
