Certificates are being rotated in Production. This may trigger associated alerts automatically, such as "Admin Portal Service Interruption" these should close automatically as the certificate rotation completes. There is no customer action required. All certificate changes are to PingOne and PingID services, not customer configurations.
Investigating
Due to a revocation incident by one of our certificate providers, over the next 12 hours, Ping will be renewing many of our certificates for various Ping products. This is advisory only, there is no expected action for customers to take.
