Ping will be rescheduling this maintenance previously scheduled on Sunday 10th March to 13th March. This change is needed to lower the risk during the maintenance window. We apologies for the inconvenience this rescheduling may cause. Our platform uptime and stability is our number one priority.
Ping Identity will upgrade a caching service layer, for our PingID product, in our .com.au domain. It is expected that customers who have active sessions will be required to reauthenticate after the work is complete.
The updated change schedule is:
Wednesday 13th March 2024 - 14:00-18:00 UTC (Thursday 14th March 2024 - 01:00-05:00 AEDT)
Active users, during the change window, may experience some disruption in the form of having to use MFA more than usual.
