Due to unforeseen issues, we are cancelling the stated maintenance.
Update
We would like to inform you that the scheduled maintenance has been revised. The new maintenance window is now set for Feb 10, 2025 - 4:00 PM UTC and end on or before Feb 10, 2025 - 6:00 PM UTC. This change is necessary due to internal resource adjustments.

Ping Identity will be performing maintenance on the RDBMS servers within our database tier.
During the upgrade window, active end-users may need to retry their authentication once. Administrators using the admin portal may see errors during the change window and are advised to not make changes during this maintenance window. The change will begin Jan 30, 2025 - 4:00 PM UTC and end on or before Jan 30, 2025 - 6:00 PM UTC. We apologise for any inconvenience.
