This morning we detected a problem for customers using PingFederate v9.0.4 or prior with the PingID Service. Customers with those versions may have experienced problems with VPN/RADIUS MFA authentications. A change that was deployed caused a compatibility issue with the Radius Password Credential Validator in these older versions. This issue has been corrected.
