Ping Identity's database tier will be undergoing scheduled maintenance. Our Site Reliability Engineers will be performing a database upgrade in all regions (.com, .eu, .com.au). During this time, there may be intermittent PingID and PingID SDK authentication failures as rolling upgrades are completed. Users should be able to retry any failed transactions.
The schedule for each region is below:
* AU (.com.au) Data Center (1/25) - 16:00 UTC
* EU (.eu) Data Center (1/25) - 23:00 UTC
* NA (.com) Data Center (1/26) - 05:00 UTC
PingID Systems & Services that will be affected during this time:
* PingID Authenticator
* PingID Server
* PingID SDK Server
These system updates and upgrades are designed to improve overall system reliability. Each upgrade is expected to take 1 - 2 hours in each region.
