The infrastructure issue from our service provider is resolved. All services in the us-east region have been restored.

At 18:30 UTC our systems started indicating PingOne elevated error rates from our us-east region. Upon investigation our Incident Response Team isolated the issue to our us-east region and routed traffic away from that region. The traffic shift was completed at 18:45 UTC and error ates subsided. Our infrastructure provider has confirmed issues with key services in the us-east region. We will continue to monitor provider updates before additional action is taken.
