Ping Identity is planning to upgrade a network infrastructure component in the North American datacenter on 02/24/2018 from 05:00AM UTC to 07:00AM UTC in order to improve availability and reliability of the PingOne services. This change will intermittently impact outbound connectivity in the North America datacenter during the time of this component upgrade.

Systems that will be affected during this time:
* All North American services.

While all efforts will be made to keep this maintenance as transparent to customers as possible, there will be a short outage for authentication requests.
