We are pleased to inform you that Heritage ForgeRock customers now have restored access to the Ping Support Portal, and the case visibility issues experienced by Ping customers have been resolved. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding during this time.
In the interim, the Ping team is available to assist with user management on your behalf until a permanent solution is implemented. We are committed to resolving this matter promptly.

Investigating
We've restored access to Backstage support system for the Heritage ForgeRock Customers and apologize for the inconvenience. We are aware of issues affecting Ping customer's ability to view and open cases in the Ping Support Portal and are actively working on it. We will be switching Heritage ForgeRock Customers back to the Ping Support Portal once all issues have been resolved.
