Ping Identity will be performing a disaster recovery exercise. During this time, a datacenter outage will be simulated to ensure traffic is properly routed to our other datacenters. No service interruption is expected although users may be prompted to re-authenticate. At the conclusion of the exercise, traffic will be routed back to all active datacenters as previously configured. For additional questions please contact Ping Identity Technical Support by opening a case through The Community/Support site (https://www.pingidentity.com/en/account/sign-on.html).
This scheduled maintenance affected: PingOne for Enterprise - Australia (.com.au services) (Directory API, Directory Login, PingOne Dock), PingID - Australia (.com.au services) (PingID Authenticator, PingID Server), and PingOne for Enterprise - Global (Single Sign-on).
