Ping Identity will be performing a disaster recovery exercise. During this time, a datacenter outage will be simulated to ensure traffic is properly routed to our other datacenters. No service interruption is expected although users may be prompted to re-authenticate. At the conclusion of the exercise, traffic will be routed back to all active datacenters as previously configured. This scheduled maintenance affected: PingID (PingID Authenticator - Australia (.com.au), PingID Server - Australia (.com.au)) and PingOne (PingOne for Enterprise & PingOne SSO for SaaS Applications) (Single Sign-on, PingOne dock - Australia (.com.au), Directory Login - Australia (.com.au), Directory API - Australia (.com.au)).
