Ping Identity will be performing maintenance on the RDBMS servers within our database tier. The upgrade will be executed over two nights. Below are the phases through which we will carry out the changes:
The first phase will start on 03rd Jun 2025 13:00 UTC and end on 03 Jun 2025 17:00 UTC. The second phase will start on 04 Jun 2025 13:00 UTC and end on 04 Jun 2025 17:00 UTC.
Active end-users may experience some disruption for less than 30 minutes as we upgrade and re-sync the new servers, leading to, at most, a need to re-authenticate once. Administrators using the admin portal may see errors during the change window and are advised to not make changes during this maintenance window.
