Ping Identity will be performing maintenance on the RDBMS servers within our database tier. The upgrade will be executed over three nights. Below are the phases through which we will carry out the changes:

The first phase will start on 27th May 2025 04:00AM UTC and end on 27th May 2025 08:00 AM UTC.

The second phase will start on 28th May 2025 05:00 AM UTC and end on 28th May 2025 09:00 AM UTC.

The final phase will start on 29th May 2025 05:00 AM UTC and end on 29th May 2025 09:00 AM UTC.

Active end-users may experience some disruption for less than 30 minutes as we upgrade and re-sync the new servers, leading to, at most, a need to re-authenticate once. Administrators using the admin portal may see errors during the change window and are advised to not make changes during this maintenance window.
