Ping Identity's PingID database tier in our North American data center will be undergoing maintenance to remediate issues discovered during previous PingID service interruptions. This is a follow up to the 01/16/18 maintenance. During this time, our Site Reliability Engineering team will be upgrading the PingID database cluster software.

All efforts will be made to keep this maintenance transparent to customers. There may be periods of time where authentication requests are delayed or unsuccessful during this time. These system updates and upgrades are designed to improve overall system reliability and is an extended window to complete data validation after the upgrade.
