Ping Identity will be performing a disaster recovery exercise. During this time, a datacenter outage will be simulated to ensure traffic is properly routed to our other datacenters. No service interruption is expected although users may be prompted to re-authenticate. At the conclusion of the exercise, traffic will be routed back to all active datacenters as previously configured. This scheduled maintenance affected: PingOne for Enterprise - United States (.com services) (Directory API, Directory Login), PingID - United States (.com services) (PingID Authenticator, PingID Server, PingID SDK Server), and PingOne for Enterprise - Global (Single Sign-on).
