Ping Identity's PingID database tier in our European data center will be undergoing maintenance to remediate issues discovered during the previous PingID service interruption (https://status.pingidentity.com/incidents/stkz9gklfg9w). This is a reschedule of the maintenance from https://status.pingidentity.com/incidents/y2ywlswcjnw9.
During this time, our Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps teams will be upgrading the PingID database cluster software and adding additional nodes for capacity and redundancy.
Systems that will be affected during this time:
* PingID services (.eu)
We expect this maintenance to be transparent to customers. Authentication requests may be delayed slightly or need to be retried during this time. These system updates and upgrades are designed to improve overall system reliability.
