Platform upgrades in our EU-based PingOne Customer data centre require a maintenance window on Sunday August 1, 2021 between 05:00 UTC and 06:00 UTC.
Activities may intermittently disrupt existing authenticated client sessions and may intermittently prevent new authenticated sessions during brief periods in this window. Due to the nature of this maintenance we have chosen a time period with historically low usage.
Potential impact is limited to the EU services identified with this notice. All other EU services will continue to remain operational. All other regions will continue to operate at full capacity. Our Support team is available to answer any questions at Ping Identity Support (https://support.pingidentity.com).
