On Friday night, we will be updating our internal configuration and caching services to support additional reporting features inside PingOne. During this change, we will be updating internal database schemas and expiring some cache documents throughout the system. If customers encounter session issues on Saturday morning, refreshing your login should clear any problems. We do no expect any downtime with this update.
In addition, we will be deploying a new Salesforce.com provisioner during this change window. Affected Salesforce.com customers have already been notified of this change, and we do not expect any downtime for provisioning.
